


Background Investigations
NAB Investigations specializes in Public Safety Background Investigations. We have conducted hundreds of pre-employment background investigations for the positions of public safety and trust including Police Officers, Community Service Officers, Firefighters, Corrections Officers, Dispatchers, Administrative Assistants, and many more.
​Backgrounds can be tailored to fit any position you or your business sees fit. In addition to the above mentioned positions, they can include nanny/babysitter backgrounds, teacher backgrounds, and more.
Our Process
Your agency will go through interviews as normal. Once a candidate is selected to move on in the hiring process, they will be supplied with a background packet to complete and return either to you or directly to me (preferred). NAB Investigations will then either meet with the candidate if necessary, or conduct a phone or zoom interview to go over the packet and verify information and obtain anything that may have been missed.
We will then take care of the background investigation from start to finish and supply your agency with a completed executive summary along with any pertinent information obtained during the investigation. The process from start to finish can take anywhere from one to two weeks depending on the complexity of the candidate's background. Ideally, we would allow for two weeks.
